Wonderful small hotel with great value, we had a decent stay. The location was central, PARTICULARLY GOOD in the center. Further, it was close to the stores.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, cable channels, and an iron. The staff members were exceptionally nice and affable. The hotel had a central setting in the mountains. Moreover, it's near to the stores and restaurants in the area, and the center.

The location was marvellous and awesome, relatively near Junaluska Museum. The rooms were perfect and updated with central heating, cable channels, and an iron.

The breakfast had outstanding choices, including bacon and hot waffles, sadly we were in a hurry and didn't try all of it. Our room was updated and neat, included with a jaccuzi tub and microwave and fridge, for example.

Stayed here for 4 nights while riding the area. I can’t say enough about the location and quality of the place. Rooms where clean, hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in the area.

We were pleased to find extremely spacious and perfect rooms at this low-budget hotel. Truly enjoyed central heating, cable channels and an iron in the room. The property was set in a central area close enough to the old downtown, the Ingles Super Market, and Walgreens and various eating places. Furthermore, in the center.

The family room was absolutely perfect with microwave and fridge, as example. The staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating, helped us with every request. The location was awesome in the mountains.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room I had was spacious, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect for motorcycling and there was plenty of parking for trailers. The staff, including Becky, Vicky, and Christy, were absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Mind-blowing breakfast set-up for physical distancing with super tasty food. Convenient location near stores and restaurants, with a nice and new-looking hotel. Reception available 24/7 with on-site parking, lift, and non-smoking rooms. The breakfast, although the same every day, had good yogurt and fruit along with microwavable biscuits. Pets allowed!
